This position is located at our new Bellingham store — an exciting addition to our Mercurys family and a key part of our continued growth across the Pacific Northwest.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all daily operations, including service, quality, cleanliness, and team performance
- Hire, train, and develop team members in alignment with company standards
- Create and manage schedules based on business needs and labor budgets
- Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling procedures
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and high-performing workplace
- Uphold company policies and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of management experience (coffee or food service preferred)
- 1 years of coffee/barista experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- WA State Food Worker Card (required)
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
