Job Summary
Mercury Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to assist in the development of the next-generation of Mercury’s industry-leading edge processing solutions. In this role, you will be supporting Space programs, RF, Mixed Signal and Electronic Warfare product lines. You’ll be working in a matrix organization on multi-disciplined engineering teams while collaborating with program management, operations, and our leadership to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science degree or higher in a STEM (EE, CE, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline.
- Typically requires 2 years of Systems Engineering experience with requirements, integration, verification and validation.
- Experience executing System Engineering activities such as translating stakeholder needs, requirements development, interface definition, verification and validation.
- Experience in Systems Engineering execution as part of an IPT throughout the complete program lifecycle.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Applied experience in Jama & requirements management.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Applied experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, with Cameo Enterprise Architect and SysML modeling.
- Experience with RF and Mixed Signal, ADC and DAC, heterogenous (FPGA and SoC) processing applications.
- Experience in Confluence and Jira.
- Master’s degree in a Systems Engineering or STEM discipline.
- Design experience.
- Familiarity with high-performance RF and digital processing solutions as applied to radar and Electronic Warfare systems.
- Applied experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, with Cameo Enterprise Architect and SysML modeling.
