- As the Assembly Technician at Mercury Marine, you will
- Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assembly components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies
- Set-up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular job
- Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules
- Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals
- Take appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.
- Participate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs.
