State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:
$29,648 to $47,360 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)
$29,953 to $43,055 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)
$24,258 to $38,749 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)
The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Collects outgoing mail from all departments.
- Prepares and packages supplies, forms and other outgoing mail for pickup.
- Opens all incoming mail by hand or utilizing letter-opening machine; stamp time and date of receipt on mail.
- Sorts mail according to destination and type, such as internal mail, returned letters, payments and bills; distribute to appropriate locations.
- Assists with special projects/mailings to sort, package and distribute information as required.
- May assist in other areas such as storage, print shop, transportation of supplies, etc.

- High School diploma required

- 1 - 3 months on-the-job experience.
- Little or no prior experience is necessary or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
