Job Summary:

Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for strong candidates who want to become technicians by learning the industry from the ground up. We are purposefully creating a skilled workforce in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) field by providing opportunities for individuals to learn while being paid on the job.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Under the direct supervision of a lead installer you will:

• Assist in the installation of heating and cooling equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Learn and develop trade skills
• Participate in all training exercises and scheduled meetings
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
• Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
• Any other assigned duties as directed by management

• Must have basic hand tool knowledge
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
