Position: Expert Professionals - Operations
Type: Contract

Role Responsibilities
- Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Operations-related topics.
- Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks across multiple specializations and write accurate, well-structured solutions to Operations problems.
- Evaluate operational tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback.
- Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
Must-Have
- 8 years of dedicated professional experience in Operations leadership at a recognized organization (e.g., Amazon, Google, Apple, Meta, Uber, Airbnb, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey Operations Practice, GE, P&G, DoorDash, Stripe, or a comparable enterprise or high-growth company).
- Demonstrable career progression into senior operations leadership (e.g., Operations Manager → Director of Operations → VP of Operations or COO track).
- Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
