Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic, end-to-end design workflows that challenge today's best models.
- Grade agent performance in handling complex design scenarios.
- Build scenarios across visual and brand design, product and UX design, and content and creative operations.
- Create challenging scenarios requiring long focus sessions.
- Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours to meet deadlines.
Must-Have
- 3 years in visual/brand design, product or UX design, or creative operations.
- Working fluency in at least two of: wireframing and prototyping (Figma, Sketch), visual design and brand systems, design systems and components, illustration, creative ops and asset management.
- Comfortable reading and producing design artifacts: specs, wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines, creative briefs.
- Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and design decisions step by step.
- Drawn to long-horizon, challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks.
- Hourly contractor, Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
