Type: Contract
Compensation: $38–$43/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 3–6 months
Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week

Position: Bilingual Traditional Chinese STEM Expert

Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design and optimize STEM-based prompts in Traditional Chinese and/or English with scientific accuracy and multiple constraints.
- Define and document evaluation standards with comprehensive rubrics for scientific rigor and linguistic clarity.
- Conduct model testing and grading by running prompts through AI models to assess outputs for accuracy and reasoning quality.
- Support benchmarking and quality assurance to ensure consistency and reliability across Traditional Chinese-language benchmarks.
- Collaborate in QA review processes to meet scientific standards and maintain academic tone.
Must-Have
- Native-level fluency in Traditional Chinese (written), specifically native to Hong Kong or Taiwan.
- Strong reading and writing proficiency in English.
- BS or BA in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry.
- Familiarity with undergraduate-level biology, physics, or chemistry topics.
- Strong writing and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- 2 years of experience in teaching, research, or an applied STEM discipline.
- Experience with academic terminology specific to Hong Kong or Taiwan educational standards.
- Complete a short AI-led interview (approximately 15 minutes).
- If approved, complete a paid assessment focused on writing and rubric creation.
- Then, if selected, you will be invited to work on the project.
