Role Responsibilities
- Build a realistic digital workspace centered on the Drive folders you use daily. Include case notes, assessments, service plans, and other documents. Represent platforms like Apricot (Bonterra), Salesforce Nonprofit, DocuSign, and SharePoint.
- Design multi-step tasks grounded in real workflows. Navigate multiple apps, files, and stakeholders to challenge frontier AI agents.
- Collaborate with other social-work experts to design environments, shape task scope, and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
- Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for social-services agent benchmarks.
- Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking. Your work directly informs how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.
Must-Have
- 3 years of full-time experience at a large hospital system, county DHS/DCF, or major nonprofit/behavioral-health organization.
- Day-to-day use of Salesforce Nonprofit, Apricot (Bonterra), DocuSign, and SharePoint/Box.
- Strong analytical thinking and writing skills.
- LCSW / LMSW / equivalent state licensure.
- Background in clinical/medical social work, protective services, school social work, macro social work, or substance-use/mental-health program operations.
- Task Completion Pay: Competitive, based on task quality (:$850–$1,000 per completed task).
- Performance Bonus: Weekly bonus incentive for top performers.
