Compensation: $85–$93/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities
- Author technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on mechanical engineering problems.
- Review and annotate tasks involving diagrams, figures, and schematics.
- Produce original problem sets and write reference solutions.
- Apply structured quality checks to ensure task accuracy.
- Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
Must-Have
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering, or MS with 3 years of applied experience, or BS with 5 years in design, simulation, or manufacturing.
- Working fluency in at least two of: statics/dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, machine design, or heat transfer.
- Comfortable with engineering drawings, free-body diagrams, and performance curves.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or technical writing experience.
