Role Responsibilities
- Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on management problems.
- Produce original problem sets using organizational charts, strategic frameworks, financial statements, and operational diagrams.
- Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance task quality and throughput.
- Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
Must-Have
- PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, or Strategy, or MBA or MS in Management with 3 years applied, consulting, or academic experience, or BA/BS in Business or related field with 5 years industry or research experience.
- Working fluency in at least two of: strategy, organizational behavior, operations, corporate finance, marketing management.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting organizational charts, strategic frameworks, financial statements, and operational diagrams.
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
