Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with 1 year of experience in an international customer service role
- High School diploma or GED with 5 years of experience in an international customer service role
- Proficient with the Code of Federal Regulations / Export Administration Regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, GTS, Oracle)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and project deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
