You will work closely with the Head of HR and HR Business Partner team to coordinate operations, support employee and managers needs and help implement programs in a fast-paced, proactive and highly collaborative environment.

Pay range for this position: $114,300.00 - $171,500.00
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Your Role:
As a HR Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing consistent, high quality people support across the organization. You will work closely with the Head of HR and HR Business Partner team to coordinate operations, support employee and managers needs and help implement programs in a fast-paced, proactive and highly collaborative environment.
Your responsiblities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR questions, directing complex matters to the appropriate HRBP.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, promotions, leaves, recruitment and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and people data for the HRBP team.
- Coordinate HR processes such as performance cycles, organizational changes, workforce planning, and engagement activities.
- Support the delivery of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations administration, documentation, and case tracking under HRBP guidance.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence and other HR teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to and drive HR projects, process improvements, audits, and compliance activities.
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR in generalist HR or HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in the United States.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear, responsive, and professional communication skills.
- Practical problem-solving skills and a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of influencing and driving change within an organization.
