About the Role:
The Branch Sales Manager (Float) is responsible for leading and managing sales operations across multiple branch locations to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth within assigned territories as business needs dictate.
As a floating manager, this position is not assigned to a single, fixed branch; instead, the Branch Sales Manager provides leadership, coverage, and operational support across various locations. The role includes stepping in to oversee branch sales teams during staffing gaps, periods of transition, or increased business demand. The Branch Sales Manager will coach, motivate, and manage the performance of sales professionals to ensure high productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction at each assigned location.
Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of branch‑level activities with overall company objectives. The Branch Sales Manager must demonstrate adaptability and the ability to quickly integrate into different branch environments while maintaining consistent standards and results. Minimum Qualifications:
