Position Summary
The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing manufacturing orders, and supporting production reporting. This role ensures inventory integrity through cycle counts, adjustments, and participation in physical inventory processes.
Salary range: $40k-$50k annually, based on experience
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage manufacturing orders in the ERP system.
- Perform production reporting and inventory adjustments.
- Conduct finished goods (FG) and raw material (RM) cycle counts.
- Participate in semi-annual physical inventory audits.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work extended hours during inventory periods
- This is an on-site position
Education & Experience
- Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory control or a manufacturing environment.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
