Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs.
· Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill development opportunities.
· Partner with department leaders to create learning pathways that support business goals.
· Schedule, track, and evaluate training activities, workshops, and professional development programs.
· Maintain training records and prepare reports on participation, completion, and effectiveness.
· Assist with onboarding programs to ensure a positive and productive new hire experience.
· Support leadership development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.
· Coordinate external training vendors, facilitators, and educational resources.
· Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative learning solutions.
· Ensure compliance-related training requirements are completed and documented.
Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, learning and development, human resources, or a related role.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for employee development.
