Job Summary
As a Teller I/II, you will serve as a frontline representative and the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service while accurately processing a variety of financial transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits
- Processing loan payments
- Cashing checks and handling savings withdrawals
- Assisting with night depository and vault operations
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to refer banking products and services to appropriate team members
