As a Retail Banker, you will provide outstanding service while assisting customers with their banking needs, processing transactions accurately, and connecting them with the products and services that best fit their financial journey.
What You'll Do
As a Retail Banker, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every customer interaction
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to connect customers with additional banking products and services
- Assist customers with online and mobile banking support, including password resets and account access issues
- Operate with a high level of accuracy while handling cash and financial transactions
- Complete daily item processing using scanning equipment
- Support branch operations and assist other branch locations as needed, which may require occasional travel
- Previous cash handling experience
- Customer service experience, preferably in banking, retail or a service-focused environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and desire to help others
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
