As a hands-on creative producer, you’ll own the full lifecycle of design projects—from brief to final delivery—creating compelling visuals that support campaigns, sales initiatives, and brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do
As a hands-on creative producer, you’ll own the full lifecycle of design projects—from brief to final delivery—creating compelling visuals that support campaigns, sales initiatives, and brand storytelling.
- Your day-to-day will include:
- Designing high-quality assets for web, email, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Producing sales collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, and event materials
- Creating print-ready designs including signage and branded materials
- Developing email templates and lifecycle campaign visuals
- Editing and producing video content, motion graphics, and animations
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Collaborating across teams to ensure creative is aligned, on-brand, and production-ready
We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused designer who can deliver high volumes of work without sacrificing quality.
- Key qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or similar roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and multimedia work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Figma
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics
- Solid understanding of digital design best practices (responsive design, accessibility, usability)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate timelines effectively
- Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems
- Work on a wide variety of creative projects across formats and platforms
- Be a key contributor to high-visibility marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team
- Bring fresh ideas and explore new creative tools and formats
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered
