Accountabilities:
- Coordinate retail visits for MDI and broker lead teams.
- Provide services to retail accounts in areas of sets/resets, end cap programs, displays, cross merchandising, etc.
- Plan annual schedules within territory, coordinate team activities, and be accountable for results.
- Act as liaison between MDI, broker teams, and retailers.
- Coordinate vendor activities to reset non-perishable plan-o-grams and merchandising layouts where applicable.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of suggested plan-o-grams for customers. Maximize POG compliance in each store.
- Work closely with vendors and independent store owners to facilitate store events and plan-o-gram implementation.
- Communicate to key store associates the benefits of Stars Program and facilitate "ownership" by retailers of the benefits of the program.
- Complete Stars Recaps and Reports as required.
- Continually sell new and promotional products to our customer
Desirable Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in business with experience in merchandising, or equivalent experience in retail sales and merchandising.
- Incumbents should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- May require some overnight stays away from home.
