Job Details
Coordinate daily operations, monitor project progress, ensure work is completed on schedule, and manage the allocation of resources
Implement and enforce site safety procedures, conduct safety inspections and meetings, ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, and prepare accident reports
Oversee and motivate workers, assign tasks, conduct performance reviews, and manage staff attendance and timesheets.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, material usage
Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to blueprints and project specifications
Liaise with clients, and personnel, to ensure clear and effective communication
