Router Waxers are responsible for Floor Maintenance, including but not limited to; vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets, stairwells, and upholstery. The assigned work area could be inside a building, hospital, Possess considerable knowledge of the operation, use, and care of Floor Scrubbers, Side by Side, Burnisher, Vacuum Chariot, Extractors and Pressure Washers.Essential Functions: Floor work and carpet care duties and responsibilities to include, but are not limited to, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extracting, and mopping. Review assignment(s) with Supervisor.Gather necessary/required equipment and products. Safety belts must be worn while performing each and every work assignment.Inform the lead person of completed assignment(s).warehouse, shopping mall or other facility. Exact tasks of a Waxer are not definite, consequently, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as assigned by a Supervisor as mentioned below.
