Role Description
The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with an emphasis on SBA loan products, to include 7A/504. Key duties include building and maintaining relationships with clients and referral sources, analyzing financial data to determine creditworthiness, and helping to manage the end-to-end loan origination process. The position requires achieving sales goals, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and delivering superior customer service.

- Strong skills in New Business Development and prospecting potential opportunities
- Demonstrated strength in Analytical Skills and financial analysis for identifying credit risk and opportunity
- Knowledge and experience in Finance, including SBA loan programs and regulations
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and partners
- Outstanding Customer Service abilities to support client needs and deliver exceptional service
- Previous experience in SBA lending preferred
