We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven **Sales Operations Manager** to support and accelerate our sales performance across multiple channels.
Position Overview
The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue by managing the sales processes and ensuring accountability to targets. This role works cross-functionally with Logistics and Procurement to ensure seamless execution from deal negotiation through fulfillment. All activity is tracked and managed within our CRM.
Must be able to manage 100 deals at one time successfully Organization and administrative precision are a must.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and execute sales operations to ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met
* Schedule, launch, and track email sales campaigns
* Track wine sample requests and ensure timely follow-up and conversion
* Support and participate in deal negotiation with buyers and wineries
* Coordinate closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment
* Work directly with the Procurement Manager to align inventory availability with sales demand
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activity within the CRM
* Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for leadership
* Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and close rates
Qualifications
* 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or account management (wine, spirits, or beverage alcohol strongly preferred)
* Strong understanding of wholesale sales cycles and distributor relationships
* High proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail ( Must be able to manage 100 transactions across multiple Pipelines successfully)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
