Merchant Row has officially launched its Wilmington office and we are hiring one Graduate Sales Leadership Trainee to help build this market from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a new launch at day one and work directly with directors who are overseeing our rapid expansion across the Northeast.
We tripled in size this quarter and expect to be operating in ten markets by the end of Q1. Wilmington will play a key role in that growth. The person we hire will receive personalised training and early leadership exposure as we scale this new location.
Degrees in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications and Entrepreneurship are highly relevant, but strong graduates from all majors will be considered if they demonstrate leadership qualities, strong English communication and the ability to start immediately in the Wilmington area.
The program includes three stages of cross-training:
• Corporate sales and marketing
• Leadership and team management
• Business and operational management
Progression is performance-based. Above-average graduates typically complete the program within six months.
What You Will Do
• Learn B2B sales and marketing through face-to-face client engagement
• Develop leadership skills and help establish Wilmington’s early standards and culture
• Gain operational experience in campaign planning, execution and team coordination
• Work directly with directors driving our multi-market expansion
• Contribute to the early foundation of a market with significant upside
