Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Boca Raton, FL. This role is responsible for prospecting MCA brokers and finance companies, presenting Merchant Cash Advance solutions, and converting “dead files” and declined or overleveraged accounts into funded opportunities. Day-to-day activities include outbound calling, email outreach, follow-ups with existing partners, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and deal status. The associate will guide clients through the onboarding process, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, and monitor commission pipelines for accuracy and transparency. The role requires meeting sales targets, building strong professional relationships, and representing the company with integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage a commission-driven pipeline.
• Knowledge of finance, lending, or merchant cash advance products, or a strong interest in developing expertise in these areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear phone etiquette and professional email writing.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships and deliver a high level of client service.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and using CRM or similar tools to track accounts and commissions.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to client confidentiality and transparent reporting.
• Prior experience in sales, financial services, or business development is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
