Implements the Quality Management System to ensure production of products consistent with established standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
*Verify Orders
*Measure Parts
*Hydrostatic Testing Inspections
*Stamp Valves
*Maintain log books
*Inspect Valves
*Conduct Audits
*Maintain all tools and equipment, keeping them in working order.
*House keeping within area
*Maintain paperwork
*Process Return Authorization items accordingly
Qualifications
SKILLS REQUIRED:
*Must be able to read various measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and others.
*Must be able to read drawings and blueprints.
*Ability to communicate with other departments within the company.
*Dependability.
*Proficient with computers.
