We are currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our multi-building campus. In this role, you’ll perform preventative and routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our facilities operate safely and efficiently.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

What You’ll Do
- Repair and maintain facility equipment and amenities
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine checks of building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- Handle basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trade work
- Maintain exterior property, including snow removal as needed
- Assemble, repair, move, and maintain office furniture/equipment
- Use basic hand tools (specialty tool knowledge a plus)
- Ensure a safe and well-functioning building environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Who You Are
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, construction, technical, or repair work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups of people
- Able to work independently, manage time, and self-supervise
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods
- Requires eye/hand coordination, agility, and physical stamina
Screening Requirements
May include motor vehicle check, drug screen, and criminal background check.
