Nurse: LPN
We are looking for an Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse for our Celina group home. Join our team and work in a homelike environment where you get to know the individuals and have less stress at work. You will be helping individuals who have an intellectual/developmental disability with ensuring the overall general health and welfare of the individuals we serve.

Some responsibilities include:
-Provide direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations and treatments
- Schedule medical appointments
- Monitor the health status of the individuals
- Update staff on medical concerns
- Provide training and support for program staff
- Work in cooperation with medical and nursing consultants, vendors, family members and individuals served
- Complete all required training as assigned
- Complete all required documentation
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid Ohio LPN license
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
