In this Director of Rehabilitation role, you'll:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department, including PT, OT, and SLP services.
• Provide strong leadership to the therapy team; managing schedules, productivity, caseloads, staff development, performance evaluations, and compliance with federal/state regulations and PDPM guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate rehab programs and services to ensure clinical excellence, high-quality care, and positive resident outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between therapy, facility administration, nursing, medical staff, and external partners while maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Active state Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• SNF experience is required.
• Prior experience as an ADOR or DOR is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/PDPM, regulatory compliance, and therapy best practices.
