Responsibilities:
- Preparing legal documents, agreements, and notices.
- Organization of client documents ensuring all necessary documents are accounted for.
- Assisting attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions.
- Correspondence and direct communication with clients, municipal officials, various professionals and others.
- Various office duties on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytic and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, demanding role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with real estate transactions required.
