Job Summary:


To accelerate growth within the Community channel, we need a dedicated leader to develop and execute the strategy for employee wealth and referral programs. This role will oversee marketing, education, and cross-functional collaboration to meet aggressive targets. The Director will bring alignment, strategic vision, and execution excellence to drive measurable results.


Essential Job Functions for this role include:


Strategy Development & Execution

  • Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for employee wealth programs and referral initiatives to drive growth in the Community channel.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure success.

Marketing Leadership

  • Lead marketing efforts for employee wealth programs, including campaign development, messaging, and branding.
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to create compelling content and promotional materials that engage employees and encourage referrals.
  • Oversee digital and offline marketing channels to maximize program visibility and participation.

Education & Engagement

  • Develop educational resources and training programs to ensure employees understand wealth offerings and referral processes.
  • Host webinars, workshops, and internal events to promote program awareness and adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Compliance, HR, Operations, and Sales to ensure program alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for leadership on program performance and strategic adjustments.

Program Optimization

  • Continuously analyze program performance and employee engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance participation and outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in marketing, program management, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with financial services or wealth management industry is a plus.

Work Schedule:


This professional role requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.


Working Conditions:


Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be assigned to a workstation, no heavy lifting over 20 lbs.
