AT&T Sales Agent - Entry Level

Mercel Management Inc, a consulting firm built around structured outreach, sales performance, and campaign clarity, is looking to expand our AT&T wireless campaign in Stockton, CA. In this entry-level role, you will learn and apply effective outreach strategies to promote AT&T wireless solutions in your assigned territory. You will be trained to educate clients, manage campaign tools, and assist with service activations.

As an AT&T Sales Agent, you'll support wireless and fiber outreach by guiding clients through service options, recommending tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate data to drive campaign performance. Your role contributes directly to service activations, client satisfaction, and overall campaign growth.

Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Agent

• Participate in structured campaign briefings to build fluency in AT&T wireless and fiber services.
• Execute daily outreach in assigned territories to promote AT&T offerings and support enrollment activity.
• Communicate service options clearly and guide clients through eligibility and activation steps.
• Log outreach activity, service recommendations, and enrollment data using mobile campaign tools.
• Coordinate with campaign leads to refine messaging and improve zone-level outreach rhythm.
• Support team activation goals by executing assigned tasks and maintaining campaign consistency.

Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Agent

• High school diploma or equivalent; wireless familiarity is a plus.
• Able to explain AT&T service options clearly across assigned zones.
• Comfortable executing outreach and navigating eligibility steps.
• Skilled in mobile tools for logging activity and tracking enrollments.
• Consistent in meeting activation goals and maintaining campaign rhythm.
• Operates with clarity, discipline, and alignment to AT&T strategy.

Pay: $61,657.31 - $74,253.96 per year
