With 30 residential facilities and multiple community-based programs across Southern California, we help Individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.About Independent Living Services (ILS)Our ILS program provides personalized skill-building and support for adults living independently or with family. Services are culturally responsive, tailored to each Individual’s background, experience, and language—empowering confidence and long-term independence.What You’ll DoAs the Senior Case Manager, you’ll support the Program Director in leading the ILS case management team. You’ll supervise and develop Case Administrators while also managing a reduced caseload. Your leadership helps ensure excellent service delivery, regulatory compliance, and truly person-centered care.Who You AreA motivated, collaborative professional who enjoys developing teams and strengthening services.
