In This Role, You Will
- Manage high-volume calls and email inquiries
- Record and maintain reservations
- Confirm trip details including times, locations, and special instructions
- Handle last-minute changes and updates
- Coordinate with our dispatch, billing, and operations teams
- Deliver a high level of customer service with every interaction
- Full-Time seasonal position available (April to November)
- Must be available for some evenings, weekends, and holidays (especially during peak season)
