Job Overview:

The Junior Financial Systems Specialist supports the finance team in maintaining financial systems and inventory-related processes. This role is ideal for a process driven individual, who is eager to grow in a cross-functional environment. The role involves assisting with SAP data maintenance, financial reporting support, and collaborating with IT, logistics, and quality departments to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• SAP & Financial Systems Support
• Support SAP master data maintenance and routine financial system updates
• Assist with daily system reconciliations and interface checks
• Help with testing new system features and documenting outcomes
• Reporting & Data Analysis
• Generate standard financial and inventory reports using Excel and SAP
• Assist in the creation of dashboards and report templates
• Perform basic variance analysis and prepare data for review by senior staff
• Inventory & Material Flow Processes
• Support the monthly inventory reconciliation process
• Help track material movements and stock levels in SAP
• Assist in documenting scrap, supplier claims, and accrual inputs
• Process Documentation & Improvement
• Maintain process documentation and assist in identifying improvement areas
• Participate in cross-functional workshops to understand end-to-end financial and logistics flows
• Support colleagues in ongoing improvement and automation projects
  
  

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0 2 years of relevant experience
  
  

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong interest in SAP systems and finance/controlling processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, cross-functional team
• Ability to analyze data and summarize findings clearly
