Job Overview
Lead person in the company on how to implement monthly sales incentive programs in Market Support System. Make recommendations to effectively execute program in order to ensure data and payment integrity. Support vehicle sales objective by expeditiously planning and implementing vehicle incentives in conjunction with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, third party vendors, and dealer interfaces. Ensure business needs for sales incentive management are met by establishing strong relationships and working closely with Sales Operations, Pre-owned sales, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Accounting, Treasury, IT, Shared Service Center, and Fleet operations. Responsible of all Market Support System projects including planning short and long term needs by analyzing our current environment and anticipating our future needs. Manage Market Support System sales incentive payment for both dealer and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Analyze payment rejects and provide direction on how to process payment to shared service center, accounting, treasury, and IT by reviewing data in SAP. Assess the financial results of programs by developing periodic reporting for management on actual incentive spending, incentive program effectiveness and/or impact. Responsible of Market Support System dealer and field hotline regarding sales incentive inquiries. This position will supervise part-time employee and work closely with team in order to provide sales incentive payment resolution to both dealer and field inquiries.

This position is the business owner of the Market Support Sales Incentive System in MBUSA. This position is responsible for implementing all sales incentive programs and working closely with various departments in order to ensure sales incentive payments are made to dealers and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services.
Qualifikationen
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (accredited school) with emphasis in Bachelor's Degree Must have 2 years (total) of experience in the following:
Knowledge of Incentive programs for New and Pre-owned vehicles; Vehicle Leasing and Financing calculations and processes; Customer Loyalty Incentive Programs; Vehicle Data and incentive claim accounting flows Excellent problem solving, analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to understand basic system logic and communicate effectively with system analysts and developers Ability to work effectively and quickly under pressure and time constraints Ability to embrace and facilitate change Excellent PC skills required for analysis and reporting including MS Software (Excel and Cognos)

- Accounting --> General Knowledge of internal controls, recording and reporting of financial transactions, including the origination of the transaction, its recognition, processing, and summarization in the financial statements.
- Administration --> General Knowledge of administrative procedures, process/project development, and system procedures.
- Business - General --> Knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization.
- Business Management --> Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, human resource management and efficiency and process methods.
- Finance --> Knowledge and understanding of the implications of key financial indicators and controls and assessing impact of financial information.
