- Enter customer information into the CRM to ensure accurate follow-up
- Use the CRM for all customer interactions, keeping BDC staff updated on status
- Utilize CRM retention tools to engage potential buyers and solicit business
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Conduct business through various channels including email, phone, and in-person appointments
- Collaborate with management to finalize sales, secure financing, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven customer service experience, including strong CSI performance
- Prior automotive sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong follow-through and multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
