Role Description
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Valencia. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Clarita, CA. The Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance about repair and maintenance work while ensuring outstanding service. Daily responsibilities include coordinating service appointments, communicating effectively with both customers and technicians, troubleshooting client concerns, and ensuring all aftersales needs are met.
