PAG Management Trainees will complete an 18-month training program with hands-on experience to gain comprehensive knowledge of all automotive dealership departments, people, and processes.

• Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
