Experienced Automotive Parts Advisor

There are several factors that may enable your success as a Mercedes-Benz Parts Advisor:

· 3 or more years of experience in automotive parts sales (Required)

· Prior Automotive Dealership experience (Preferred)

· Prior Mercedes-Benz experience (Preferred)

· Must have computer proficiency

· Team oriented

· Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

· Valid driver’s license

The Parts Advisor is responsible for assisting all technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts in purchasing needed parts and supplies. The Parts Advisor is also responsible for achieving monthly sales quotas, gross forecasts, and for seeking out potential clients and businesses to entrust our commitment to fulfill their automotive needs. The Parts Advisor reports directly to the Parts Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Assisting Technicians and Customers with high level of confidence and professionalism

· Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership

· Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock

· Handling payment collection and ensuring all parts are billed correctly

· Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer and maintaining appropriate records

· Utilizing the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) to identify and ensure the correct fitment of the part(s) for the vehicle being serviced.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
