We are seeking an experienced Express Service Technician to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi in D'Iberville, MS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing efficient and high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and provide recommendations for repairs
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle's needs and provide excellent customer service
- Complete all work orders accurately and efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Express Service Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must submit to and successfully complete an MVR, background check, physical, and drug screen
