The role
- Greet clients in our service drive and listen to understand each vehicle's needs
- Write up repair orders accurately, and explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly with honest estimates
- Keep clients updated from drop-off to pickup by phone, text and email
- Work closely with our Technicians, Parts team and Service BDC to keep every visit on schedule
- Review completed work and invoices with clients at pickup
- Follow up after each visit and build relationships that keep clients coming back
- Customer service experience; service advisor or automotive service experience preferred
- A clear communicator who explains technical work in plain language
- Organized and detail-minded, able to look after several clients at once in a busy service drive
- Comfortable with computers; Tekion or another dealer management system (DMS) is a plus
- Mercedes-Benz or luxury-brand service experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license
