What you'll do
- General mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Brake, suspension, steering and other mechanical repairs
- Removal and replacement of mechanical components
- Repairs based on diagnostic findings provided by more experienced technicians
- Warranty and customer-pay repairs following Mercedes-Benz procedures
- Multipoint inspections and identifying additional service needs
- Automotive repair knowledge and experience to perform mechanical repairs beyond basic oil and tire services
- Ability to follow repair procedures and complete assigned work accurately
- Understanding of automotive mechanical systems
- Personal tool set appropriate for the position
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to take part in factory training and develop into a B-Level Technician
- Independent diagnostic ability is not required
