What You'll Do
Vehicle Delivery & Feature Orientation
- Conduct comprehensive, personalized delivery experiences for every client taking possession of a new, pre-owned, or CPO Mercedes-Benz vehicle
- Walk clients through the full operation of their vehicle — MBUX infotainment, navigation, smartphone integration (Apple CarPlay / Android Auto), driver assistance systems, safety technologies, and model-specific features
- Tailor each delivery to the individual client — adjusting depth, pace, and focus based on their comfort level with technology
- Ensure every client departs informed, confident, and genuinely excited about their vehicle
- Serve as the product knowledge expert for the sales floor — supporting consultants during the sales process with in-depth demonstrations and feature walk-around
- Prepare vehicles for test drives and deliveries, ensuring pristine presentation standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with inventory organization and front-line vehicle readiness
- Engage with clients professionally in person, by phone, via email, and through text — always reflecting the standard of a world-class luxury brand
- Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments and follow-up consultations
- Proactively connect with post-delivery clients to answer questions and reinforce satisfaction
- Accurately input and maintain vehicle and customer data within the dealership's platforms
- Support the new and preowned vehicle process and assist in marketing efforts.
- Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand authentically on social media — showcasing inventory, features, dealership events, and ownership lifestyle content
- Professional in appearance and presence — you understand that representing a luxury brand requires the highest personal standard at all times
- A natural communicator who puts clients at ease and makes complex technology feel approachable
- Genuinely passionate about automobiles and eager to become a true Mercedes-Benz product expert
- Highly adaptable with technology — you learn new systems quickly and enjoy teaching others

- Minimum one year of customer-facing experience in a service, hospitality, or retail environment

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and presence required; dealership dress code applies
