We are seeking a loaner coordinator for our busy service department. This is a full-time position with benefits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and greet customers professionally; open the door for guests as they arrive
- Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member
- Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's
- Check guests into loaner vehicles
- Check / Inspect loaner vehicles being returned
- Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly (Friday) inventory checks
- Ability to shuttle customers if needed
- Help keep service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day
REQUIREMENTS:
- Friendly, personable, professional appearance
- Customer service experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Pay Scale: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
Salary : $20 - $22
