The pay range is of $26-$28 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
- Audit deals for all required legal documents.
- Post vehicle sales and purchases.
- Prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
- Costing and finalizing deals to accounting.
- Monitor funding of bank contracts and customer funds.
- Effectively present information to customers or dealership personnel.
- Maintain reports and/or logs of daily new and used deal activity.
- Work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere.
- Process warranty remittance and cancellations
- Calculate and prepare sales commissions
- Accounting Schedule reconciliation and journal entries
- Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.
