Responsibilities
- Keep a positive attitude and a smiling charismatic attitude
- Maintain cash board on all transactions.
- Receive payments and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a professional appearance and keep the work area tidy.
- Assist with clerical duties as requested.
- Calling clients upon completion of vehicle when ready for pick up.
- Maintain and track keys and locations.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Computer experience and data entry skills
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to read and write simple instructions, comprehend short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit and talk or hear; occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 30 pounds; specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
