Internal Advisor (Internal Use Only)

Your next opportunity awaits! The Internal Service Advisor is responsible for managing the reconditioning process of preowned vehicles and ensuring vehicles are prepared for sale in accordance with company and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Repair Orders with detailed cost, labor and repair time estimates and review with the appropriate manager.
• Coordinate with Service, Parts and/or third-party vendors to schedule and execute repairs and/or services.
• Follow the progress of vehicles through service to ensure days-to-market requirements are met.
• Thorough and timely communication and follow up with management.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
