Role Description
The Sales Director will oversee daily operations of the sales department, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure that team performance meets dealership objectives. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
